Kurdistan Parliament's Rules of Procedure
The Kurdistan Parliament's written internal rules, called the Rules of Procedure, regulate its own proceedings. The Rules of Procedure include the duties and rights of MPs and committees, the criteria for proposing legislation, how to set the agendas of the sittings, the form and style of debate, and addressing questions to the government.
