Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Dr. Rewas Faiq and Deputy Speaker Hemin Hawrami on 19 May conveyed their best wishes on the 28th anniversary of the first every parliamentary election in Kurdistan Region, held in the aftermath of the 1991 Gulf War and the Kurdish Uprising against the Ba'ath regime.
