Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq on 27 October 2022 met with a delegation of civil law professors from several Middle Eastern nations. 

Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq on 27 October 2022 welcomed Sylvie Jacqueline Ndongmo, President of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF), and Halala Rafi, Head of the Sweden-based Head International Committee for Women's Rights (IKKR) Nina Centre.

Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq on 26 October 2022 at a meeting with a cross-party delegation from the German Federal Parliament’s Defence Committee, led by MP Ms. Sara Nanni, thanked Germany for extending their forces' mandate in Iraq.

In a telephone conversation this evening with Dr. Zahir Faruq, the brother of MP Dr. Kazim Faruq, Kurdistan Parliament Speaker enquired about Dr. Kazim’s current health condition and was informed that his condition is unstable and that he is under artificial respiration.

Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq on 25 October 2022 welcomed the High Council for Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs, who made several requests including on the Bill on Education and Training.

Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq on 25 October 2022 chaired a meeting to discuss amendments to the Law on the Shura Council, with Parliament’s Legislative Committee and Shura Council representatives.

Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq on 25 October 2022 welcomed Mr. Rustam Bakoyan, a Yazidi Member of the Armenian Parliament. They discussed the historic relationship between the Kurdistan Region and Armenia and how to develop closer ties between their parliaments.
