Kurdistan Parliament’s Presidency sends best wishes to Muslims on Feast of the Sacrifice

The Presidency of the Kurdistan Parliament conveyed the following message to Muslims on the Feast of the Sacrifice (Jezhni Qurban):

On the Feast of the Sacrifice, we send our warmest wishes to Muslims in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq and around the world. Our best wishes go out to the Kurdistani Haj pilgrims, we hope that God accepts their pilgrimage and their prayers.

We hope that this Eid brings blessings and happiness to all and that Kurdistan Region will continue to be peaceful, progressive and prosperous.  

Today more than ever, our Region needs unity, partnership, peaceful coexistence and forgiveness, and we hope that this Eid is an opportunity for us all to renew our commitment to these values.

We send our best wishes to the families of martyrs, to the Peshmerga, security and police forces, to healthcare workers and to all those who are unable to be with their families during the Eid festivities while they work to maintain the health and security of our people.
