Order of business for Parliament sitting of Tuesday 24 December

The Presidency of the Kurdistan Parliament announces the order of business for the sitting of Tuesday 24th December 2019 at 11 am – the 12th ordinary sitting of the autumn session of the first year of the Kurdistan Parliament’s fifth term:

1. Second reading of the Draft Resolution on the National Holidays of the Turkmen Nation, per articles 87, 88 and 89 of Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure.
2. Extending the Autumn Session of the first year of the fifth term of the Kurdistan Parliament, per Article 7 (paragraph 4) of Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure.
3. Membership of these honourable members to the following standing committees, per articles 28 and 34 of Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure:
   1. MP Mr. Osman Ali Smail (KIG) to leave the Reconstruction and Investment Committee, and to join the Martyrs’ Affairs, Genocide and Political Prisoners Committee.
   2. MP Dr. Hawraman Hamasharif (KIG) to leave the Martyrs’ Affairs, Genocide and Political Prisoners Committee, and to join Reconstruction and Investment Committee.
4. MP Mr. Mam Burhan Qanie (New Generation) will present his ideas on: The need for a policy of returning incomes. Per Article 49 (paragraph 1, point 2) of Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure.

 The Presidency of the Kurdistan Parliament decides and announces the order of business of this sitting according to Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure, Article 5, Article 16 (paragraphs 1, 2), Article 18 (paragraph 3), Article 20 (paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), and articles 47, 48, 52, 54, 55, 56 and 57.
