KRG’s negotiating team with Baghdad gives report to Kurdistan Parliament

The Kurdistan Parliament on 3 December received a report by the KRG’s negotiating team with Baghdad on the results of the negotiations with the Iraqi federal government. The report will be directed to the relevant Parliament committees and MPs and also will be presented to the public. 

At a meeting on 15 November of the three presidencies of Kurdistan Region - President Nechirvan Barzani, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani and Speaker Rewaz Faiq - it was decided that the KRG’s negotiating team with Baghdad should explain the team’s position, and the status and results of the negotiations on the oil issue, customs income, and the Region’s financial entitlements and dues, by submitting a detailed report to the Kurdistan Parliament.
