Speaker Rewaz Faiq's message on International Day of Persons with Disabilities

On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we warmly congratulate all persons with disabilities in Kurdistan and the world, and we commend them for their talents, abilities and courage.

It is important that they participate in the development and success of society and all aspects of life. Persons with disabilities have achieved success and fame in science, technology, sports and art, and I wish them more success and greater access and participation.

The Government's institutions that are dedicated to their needs should not hesitate to support these valued and influential persons within our community, whose needs have unfortunately not all been met. We support all of their demands in Parliament, within the framework of the law and Parliament's responsibilities.
