Deputy Speaker Hawrami congratulates Kurdistan Islamic Union on 26th anniversary

The Deputy Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament Hemin Hawrami on 6 February visited the Kurdistan Islamic Union’s offices to congratulate the political party on their 26th anniversary.

Meeting with the Head of the KIUs Leadership Council Mr. Hadi Ali and its members, Deputy Speaker said he hopes that the KIU will play a positive role in the political and democratic process in Kurdistan.

Mr. Hawrami and the KIU leadership council members discuss Parliament’s role in and support for broad reforms, and the recent passage of the Reform Law.

Deputy Speaker Hawrami was accompanied by Mr. Ardalan Muhammad Ismail, the Chief of the Diwan of Parliament.
