Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Religious Affairs Committee convey condolences on death of Sufi Muslim order’s leader Sheikh Kasnazani

Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Dr. Rewas Faiq, Deputy Speaker Hemin Hawrami and the Religious Affairs and Endowments Committee expressed their condolences on the death of Sheikh Muhammad Shiekh Abdulkarim Kasnazani, the spiritual leader of the Qadiri Kasnazani Sufi Muslims:

We received the sad news of the death of Sheikh Muhammad Shiekh Abdulkarim Kasnazani, the Leader of the Qadiri Kasnazani Muslims around the world.

Sheikh Muhammad was a great theologian of international standing in a senior spiritual and religious position, and had numerous followers around the world. Throughout his life, he played an important role in achieving social reconciliation and giving guidance and support. His death has left a void in the spiritual world, and we hope that God will grant him Heaven.
