Order of business for 29 June: Vote on extending deadline for MPs to submit legislative proposals; and extending spring session of Parliament
The Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament calls MPs to a sitting on Monday 29th June 2020 at 1pm – the 5th ordinary sitting of the spring session of the second year of the Kurdistan Parliament’s fifth term.
The Presidency of the Kurdistan Parliament announces the order of business for the sitting of 29th June:
- Vote on the resolution on [extending the deadline for MPs to submit] proposals for bills and resolutions, beyond the provisions of Article 82, and per articles 90, 91, 93, 96 and 97 of Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure.
- Extension of the current Spring Session of the second year of the fifth term Parliament, per Article 7 (paragraph 4) of Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure.
The Presidency of the Kurdistan Parliament decides and announces the order of business of this sitting according to Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure, Article 5, Article 16 (paragraphs 1, 2), Article 18 (paragraph 3), Article 20 (paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), and articles 47, 48, 52, 54, 55, 56 and 57.
