POSTPONED: Order of Business for sitting of 17 November 2020: Iraq's federal Fiscal Deficit Coverage Law

POSTPONED: The Presidency of Kurdistan Parliament has decided to postpone the tenth ordinary sitting scheduled for 17th November, until further notice. The original order of business of the postponed sitting was the following:

The Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament calls MPs to a sitting on Tuesday 17 November 2020 at 11am – the tenth ordinary sitting of the autumn session of the second year of the Kurdistan Parliament’s fifth term. The Presidency of Parliament announces the order of business of the sitting as follows:

Debate on the approval [by the Iraqi Council of Representatives] of the federal Fiscal Deficit Coverage Law and the Kurdistan Region's related plans, in the presence of relevant officials from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Council of Ministers.

The Presidency of the Kurdistan Parliament decides and announces the order of business of this sitting per Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure, Article 5, Article 16 (paragraphs 1, 2, 3), Article 18 (paragraph 3), Article 20 (paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), and articles 47, 48, 52, 54, 55, 56 and 57.
