Secretary Kahveci conveys condolences on passing of Siah Kurachi

Kurdistan Parliament Secretary Muna Kahveci on 3 November conveyed her condolences on the passing of Siah Kurachi, in the following message:

In The Name of God,

I was saddened by the passing of Siah Kurachi, the Member of the Independent High Electoral Commission of Kurdistan Region. He was a loyal, recognized figure in the Turkmen community and served the Kurdistani people. The Turkmen community have lost a man of great character. On this sad occasion, I express my condolences to our Turkmen community, his family and relatives and Kurdistani people. God rest his soul.
