Deputy Speaker Hawrami conveys condolences on passing of former Garmian Governor Salah Kwexa

Kurdistan Parliament Deputy Speaker Hemin Hawrami on 29 September sent his condolences to the family of Salah Kwexa, the former governor of Garmian administration, in the following message:

I was saddened to learn today of the passing of Salah Kwexa, the former governor of Garmian administration. Salah Kwexa was a man of responsibility, loyalty, and knowledge in his work. I express my condolences to you his family, and his relatives and friends. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. God rest his soul.
