1. One minute’s silence in honour of the martyrs of Kurdistan and Iraq, and playing of the Kurdistan national anthem.
2. Opening of the autumn session of Parliament by the Speaker, per Article 7 (paragraphs 1 and 2) and Article 18 (paragraph 3) of Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure.
3. Address by the Speaker on the opening of the autumn session of Parliament.
4. Second reading of the Bill on Patients’ Rights and Responsibilities in Kurdistan Region, per articles 87, 88 and 89 of Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure.
5. First reading of the Bill on the Sale and Lease of Public Assets in Kurdistan Region - Iraq, per Article 83 (paragraph 1) of Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure.
