Order of Business for sitting of 7 April 2021

The Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament Dr. Rewaz Faiq calls MPs to a sitting on Wednesday 7th April 2021 at 11am – the sixth ordinary sitting of the spring session of the third year of the fifth term of Parliament.

The Presidency of Parliament announces the order of business of the sitting as follows:

1) Second reading of the Bill on the Import and Sale of Oil Products in Kurdistan Region – Iraq.

2) First readings of

i) The Bill on Regulation of Surveillance Devices in in Kurdistan Region – Iraq, per articles 87, 88 and 89 of the Internal Rules of Procedure.

ii) The Draft Resolution on designating a Kurdish Journalism Day, per articles 79 and 80 of the Internal Rules of Procedure.

3) MP Mam Burhan Qanie (Independent) will speak about government bureaucracy, per Article 49 (paragraph 1, second point) of the Internal Rules of Procedure.

The Presidency of the Kurdistan Parliament decides and announces the order of business of this sitting according to Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure, Article 5, Article 16 (paragraph 1), Article 18 (paragraph 3), Article 20 (paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), and articles 47, 48, 52, 54, 55, 56 and 57.
