Speaker Faiq bids farewell to Germany’s Deputy Consul General Krauspe, meets successor Sven Mossler

Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq on 12 July met with Germany’s outgoing Deputy Consul General Sven Krauspe, and was introduced to his successor Mr. Sven Mossler.

Mr. Krauspe thanked Speaker Faiq for her support and cooperation during his time in Kurdistan Region, and commended Dr. Faiq for being a role model of a woman in a leadership position in the Region’s institutions.

The Speaker expressed her gratitude and appreciation and wished Mr. Krauspe success in his next position.

Dr. Faiq gave a summary of the latest parliamentary events and developments, such as the first amendments to the Law on Rights and Privileges of Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs in the Kurdistan Region.

The Speaker wished the new Deputy Consul General Sven Mossler success in his role.
