Video: Kurdistan Parliament sitting of 8 March

Watch here the video of the Kurdistan Parliament sitting of 8 March 2021 – the second ordinary sitting of the spring session of the third year of the fifth term. 

The order of business of the sitting was as follows:

1) MPs will give their views on the Kurdish Uprising of 1991 (for 40 minutes)

2) Second reading of the Bill on Protection of Domestic Products in Kurdistan Region - Iraq, per articles  87, 88 and 89 of  Parliament’s Internal Rules of Procedure.

3) Lanja Dizayee (KDP), Chair of the Protection of Women’s Rights Committee, will make a speech marking International Women’s Day.
