On Turkmen Language and Culture Day, I convey my best wishes to our Turkmen brothers and sisters.

The Turkmen people are an original community of this country, and their participation in all areas of our multi-ethnic society has enriched and enhanced our togetherness and coexistence. The Turkmen have played an active role in all aspects of the Kurdistan Region.
