Deputy Speaker Dr. Hemin Hawrami bids farewell to Turkey's outgoing Consul General Mr. Hakan Karacay

Kurdistan Parliament Deputy Speaker Dr. Hemin Hawrami on 23 August 2022 received Turkey’s outgoing Consul General Mr. Hakan Karacay, to bid him farewell at the end of his mission in Kurdistan Region.

Mr. Karacay thanked the Kurdistan Parliament for its cooperation during his five years in Kurdistan Region and said that Turkey places great importance on its ties with Kurdistan Region in many fields.

Deputy Speaker Hawrami appreciated Consul General Karacay's efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, as friends and neighbouring countries.

Dr. Hawrami wished Mr. Karacay success in his future posting.
