Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq conveys best wishes to Muslims for Islamic New Year 1444

On the occasion of the Islamic New Year 1444, the first day of Muharram, I extend my best wishes to all Muslims in Kurdistan, Iraq and the world.

I ask God to shower His mercy on all the people of Iraq, that this blessed occasion brings joy and greater unity among all the different ethnicities and communities of Kurdistan and Iraq, as well as peace, stability and civilized coexistence throughout our country and in all areas of life.
