Deputy Speaker Dr. Hemin Hawrami meets with Jordan’s Consul General Mr. Fuad Al Majali

Kurdistan Parliament Deputy Speaker Dr. Hemin Hawrami on 15 May 2022 met with Mr. Fuad Al Majali, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan’s Consul General in Kurdistan Region.

Dr. Hawrami and Mr. Al Majali discussed the political, economic and security situation in Kurdistan Region and Iraq and the next Kurdistan Parliament election.

Deputy Speaker Hawrami and Consul General Al Majali also discussed the close historic friendship between their nations, and continuing their close cooperation in many areas including parliamentary ties.

In September 2021, the Kurdistan Parliament welcomed the Speaker of the Parliament of Jordan Abdel Monem Al-Odat and his delegation for an official visit.
