Secretary Muna Kahveci conveys best wishes to Muslims on Jezhni Ramadan (Eid Al-Fitr)

On the occasion of Jezhni Ramadan (Eid Al-Fitr), I convey my best wishes to all Muslims in Kurdistan, Iraq and the world, and I warmly congratulate the honourable families of martyrs and the brave Peshmerga of Kurdistan. I ask God to accept everyone’s fasting, worship, and prayers.

On this blessed Eid, my wish is for greater unity between the political parties. I hope that crises, political disharmony and conflicts will be overcome, so that we can better serve the people of Kurdistan and strengthen the principles of love, forgiveness, acceptance and peaceful coexistence between all the different ethnic and religious component communities of the Kurdistan Region.
