Secretary Muna Kahveci expresses condolences over gas tank explosion in Duhok

I am deeply saddened to learn of the horrific gas tank explosion and fire at a student dormitory in Duhok that killed a large number of civilians and injured many more.

My heartfelt condolences go out the families of those who lost their lives, may God give them strength to bear their grief. I hope for speedy recovery of the injured.
