Parliament's Religious Affairs Committee wishes Christians in Kurdistan a Happy Easter

We convey our best wishes to all our Christian brothers and sisters in the Kurdistan Region for a happy Easter.

We hope that this holiday is filled with peace and prosperity, that it portends the end of all troubles, that it is a wellspring of brotherhood, peaceful coexistence and solidarity between Kurdistan's component communities, and that we all work together for Kurdistan's progress.

We wish Christians, who are an indigenous community in Kurdistan since antiquity and have always been a force for peace here, a happy and peaceful Easter.
