Secretary Muna Kahveci signs book of condolence for victims of Turkey's earthquake

Secretary Muna Kahveci on 8 February 2023 visited Turkey’s Consulate General in Kurdistan Region to convey Kurdistan Parliament’s condolences to Vice Consul Emir Teker for the lives lost in Turkey’s earthquake.

On behalf of Kurdistan Parliament, Secretary Kahveci said that the people of Kurdistan Region are deeply saddened by the loss of life and feel great sympathy for the families of the victims and all the people and nation of Turkey.

Ms. Kahveci said that it a humanitarian duty for the Kurdistan Region to support and deliver aid to those affected by this massive national disaster.

Vice Consul Teker thanked Secretary Kahveci and the Kurdistan Parliament.

The Parliament Secretary signed the Turkish Consulate General’s book of condolence.
