Heads of the Diwan of Parliament visit Lawyers Syndicate on Kurdistan Lawyers Day

To convey their best wishes for Kurdistan Lawyers Day, the Chief and Deputy Chief of the Diwan of Parliament on 4 January 2023 visited the Kurdistan Lawyers Syndicate.

The Chief of the Diwan (administration) of Parliament Ardalan Muhammad Sarspi and Deputy Chief Hiwa Nusraddin were welcomed by the Head of the Lawyers Syndicate Bakhtiar Haider, Deputy Head Haval Barzanji and members of the syndicate's council.

Mr. Sarspi reaffirmed Kurdistan Parliament administration’s support for the work of Kurdistan Region’s lawyers.

They discussed the important role of the legal profession in upholding the rule of law and promoting the cause of justice and the principle of individuals’ equality before the law.
