Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq welcomes Jordan's Consul General Mr. Fuad Al-Majali

Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq on 9 January 2023 welcomed Mr. Fuad Al-Majali, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan’s Consul General in Kurdistan Region.

They discussed the historic friendship and cultural relations between their nations and agreed on developing these ties, as well as increasing coordination between their respective parliaments.

Speaker Faiq said, "The legal environment in the Kurdistan Region is favourable for investing in and developing various sectors, and is attractive for foreign investors participating in the reconstruction and development of most sectors."

Consul General Al-Majali expressed his admiration for Kurdistan Region’s revival and stability.

At the end of the meeting, both emphasized further developing bilateral relations.
