Committees' recent meetings - 22 December 2019
Parliament’s Martyrs’ Affairs and Interior committees both prepared reports on the Reform Bill, which will affect the pensions, salaries and benefits received by government employees, civil servants and martyrs’ families. The Peshmerga Committee meet with Peshmerga Ministry officials to discuss how the Reform Bill intends to reorganise military ranks and pensions.
Parliament completes second reading of Anti-Narcotics Bill
The Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament Dr. Rewas Faiq on 18 December chaired a Parliament sitting at which the Legislative Committee and other relevant committees continued the second reading of the Bill on Narcotics and the Dealers and Users of Narcotics.
