Kurdistan Parliament Speaker Dr. Rewaz Faiq on 27 March 2022 participated in a seminar on the obstacles to the Kurdistan Parliament election, prospects and solutions. The seminar was supported by the National Endowment for Democracy, a US non-profit foundation.

I hope that the spirit of Nawroz will revive our internal confidence and optimism about cooperation, help to overcome narrow party political and short-term interests, and that together we can overcome obstacles and create more opportunities to defend our region, strengthen our institutions and increase trust between all sides.
